Propell is looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Technician Journeypersons to join our team -across all shifts- to help us solve mechanical challenges and see a finished product roll out the door. In our manufcturing facility, you'll be responsible for assembling, installing, testing and troubleshooting heavy industrial equipment used in the energy industry.
What You'll Do
- Build and assemble heavy industrial equipment, including frac pumps and hydraulic systems
- Install mechanical and hydraulic components
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and work instructions
- Test and inspect equipment to ensure it meets quality and performance standards
- Complete production and inspection documentation accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
- Assist with equipment modifications, repairs, and continuous improvement projects
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience assembling, maintaining or repairing heavy industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnositc and problem-solving skills
- Experience with high-pressure pumping equipment, oilfield equipment or heavy manufacturing is an asset
- CVIP certification
- Commitment to protected work practices, quality workmanship and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00-$41.00 per hour
