We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare, body treatments, and aesthetic services to clients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction. This role involves delivering personalized consultations, performing various skincare procedures, and promoting our product lines to ensure clients leave feeling confident and refreshed. A solid focus on customer service, sanitation, and effective communication is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct retail sales by upselling skincare products and beauty treatments to clients
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following health regulations and safety standards
- Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and during consultations
- Demonstrate product demos to educate clients about new or featured products




- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and managing client records
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and industry updates

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a spa or salon setting
- Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and sales opportunities
- Ability to perform retail sales with an emphasis on upselling products and services
- Front desk experience is a plus for managing appointments and guest inquiries
- Certification or licensing as an Aesthetician is preferred .
