Role: Sales & Marketing Representative

Location: New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island

Open to Part time or full time

Arthritis & Injury Care Centre (AICC) and Rehab Matrix are seeking someone to grow our relationships across New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. This is a dual role: you will promote AICC’s clinical services and represent Rehab Matrix’s Breg products to healthcare providers and other accounts. You will also be trained to provide backup support as a bracing specialist.

We envision this as a part time opportunity that could be a great fit for someone already working in healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical sales. We are also open to a full-time position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, physiotherapists, clinics, and other referral partners throughout NB and PEI.
- Introduce healthcare providers to AICC’s services and explain how to refer patients.
- Represent Rehab Matrix’s Breg product line, including product education, account follow-up, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and growth in the territory.
- Plan and carry out clinic visits, product demonstrations, presentations, and other local marketing activities.




- Keep clear records of outreach, referrals, account activity, and opportunities.
- Complete training to provide backup bracing appointments and fittings for AICC, within your training and scope of practice.

Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, bracing, medical sales, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Confidence working independently, planning travel, and following through on leads.
- A patient-focused approach and willingness to learn both AICC’s services and the Breg product line.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout New Brunswick and PEI.

Location: Based in New Brunswick with travel to PEI
Compensation: Based on experience and the agreed scope of the role
