Full Time Night Operations Supervisor

Location: GTA (Start and end of shift is in Etobicoke)

SHIFTS: 12-hour shifts

AVAILABILITY: Dayshifts, Weekdays & Weekends

PAY: $19.00 to start

Duties:

- Patrol assigned areas to protect client property, life and safety.
- Attend call outs, request for assistance, alarms, and escorts as needed
- Emergency scheduling
- Enforce regulations of an establishment to maintain order and resolve conflicts
- Ensure that establishment safety and emergency procedures are followed, and respond to alarms and other emergencies
- Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and write corresponding reports
- Investigate suspicious activity, safety and fire hazards, and other security-related situations, and writing reports
- Assist Static Security Guards with incidents, supervision, and training
- Conduct Parking Enforcement Duties
- Conduct Training Duties
- Perform additional tasks as required

Requirements: Must be able to meet vehicle insurance requirements High school diploma or equivalent required,



Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and patrol enforcement procedures Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities Demonstrated safe operation of a motor vehicle in all weather conditions Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques, High level of personal integrity Strong work ethic Skilled/mature demeanor in stressful situations Confident, consistent decisive personality Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed Possess a valid driver’s license G Class Must possess a current Standard First Aid, Level C & AED Ability and willingness to perform required physical tasks. Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Driving in all weather conditions: 2 years (required)
- Security Service: 2 years (required)
- Supervisor: 1 year (required)

Language:

- English Written and Verbal (required)

Licence/Certification:

- G Class License (required)
- Security Guard Licence (required)
- Standard First Aid Level C CPR and AED (preferred)
- Use of Force, Handcuffing, baton (preferred)
