We're looking for a customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our Vaughan team.

Position Summary:
As a Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, assisting customers with their HVAC product needs. You’ll provide knowledgeable recommendations, handle inquiries, and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Mandarin-speaking applicants are preferred to support our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with HVAC product inquiries, orders, and returns.
- Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions, invoices, and orders through our POS system.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory availability.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and stocked sales counter area.
- Assist with inventory management,



including stock counts and product organization.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with new product offerings and HVAC industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Language: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in HVAC or a related industry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HVAC products or a willingness to learn.
- Other: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
