Ironworker Journeyperson & Apprentice

WorleyCord Energy Solutions Ltd., a subsidiary of WorleyCord Ltd., is expanding operations and launching a new scope of work at the K+S Potash Mine near Regina, Saskatchewan.

We are seeking Journeyperson and Apprentice Ironworkers to join our team for a 2-year project beginning in October/November. The K+S Potash Mine is located approximately 30 minutes from Regina, and we are actively looking for local Regina-area candidates. A daily shuttle service from Regina is available.

Project Details

Location: K+S Potash Mine, near Regina, SK
Start Date: Late October/November 2026
Duration: 2-Year Project
Shift: 14 Days On / 7 Days Off
Hours: 10 Hours Per Day
Travel: Daily transportation provided from Regina
Accommodation: LOA Provided
Pay Schedule: Weekly (Fridays)

Compensation & Benefits Wage Range: $35.70 - $51.00 per hour
Pension: 4% Employer Pension Contribution
RRSP: 4% Employer RRSP Contribution
Benefits: CLAC Benefits Package
Overtime: Paid after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week

Requirements

- Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Ironworker ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
- Experience working at heights
- Willingness to attend company-paid safety training, including:
- CSTS
- H2S
- WHMIS
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
- Fall Protection
- Confined Space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

- Perform structural and miscellaneous ironwork on industrial construction projects
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of work
- Position steel members, align holes, insert temporary bolts,



and secure connections using hand and powered tools
- Perform rigging activities and safely attach loads for crane lifts
- Communicate with crane operators using hand signals and radio communication
- Unload, organize, and stage steel components for installation
- Safely operate grinders and other tools in accordance with site procedures and safe work practices
- Identify proper hoisting points and utilize correct rigging techniques while working in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively with other trades to complete project objectives safely and efficiently
- Perform other related duties as assigned
