Truck Driver Recruiter / Hiring Coordinator – Calgary

Candidates without at least 1 year of direct trucking driver recruitment/hiring experience will not be considered.

We are expanding our trucking operations into Calgary and are looking for an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter / Hiring Coordinator to help us build and grow our Calgary driver team.

The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the trucking industry and proven experience recruiting and hiring professional truck drivers.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and hire qualified truck drivers for our growing fleet.
- Post and manage driver job advertisements on Indeed, Kijiji, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
- Verify driver qualifications, experience, and required documentation.
- Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, orientation, and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pool of qualified driver candidates.
- Work closely with management and operations to meet driver hiring requirements.




- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract experienced drivers in the Calgary area.

Required Qualifications

- MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TRUCK DRIVER RECRUITMENT/HIRING WITH A TRUCKING COMPANY – MANDATORY
- Proven experience recruiting Class 1 / AZ truck drivers.
- Strong knowledge of the trucking industry and driver hiring requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Professional, reliable, and highly motivated.
