Presidential Management Group is looking for an experienced, reliable Painter to join our maintenance team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has experience with residential painting and property maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

- Interior painting of walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces
- Proper preparation, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming
- Painting apartment units and common areas
- Painting doors, baseboards, trim, and other detailed areas
- Touch-ups and completing repairs to a high-quality standard
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

- Previous professional painting experience required
- Strong experience with walls, doors, and trim
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship




- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable and dependable
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel between properties as required

Assets:

- Experience with paint spraying
- Residential property maintenance experience
- Experience with minor drywall repairs and surface preparation
