MSI Corp. is seeking a Product Owner to lead project controls for large-scale IT and BI/AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leadership to manage and control project delivery, ensuring all BI and AI initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.
- Lead cross-functional coordination between internal technical teams and third-party vendors to maintain strict alignment with financial targets and project objectives.
- Oversee cash flow management, expense tracking, and long-range financial forecasting. You will identify risks and variances before they impact the bottom line.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into concise, high-level reports for leadership and governance forums.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in Project Control and Product Owner role in rapid paced IT / Technical or BI / AI companies.




- Expert-level skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within enterprise-scale IT environments.
- Advanced Excel (vlookups, pivots, complex modeling) and proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience within Telecom and/or an BI organization is an advantage.
- A high degree of ownership and the ability to influence stakeholders toward financial accountability.
- Experience in reviewing, accessing and analysis of large scale data sets.
- Experience in projects delivery of data automation.

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4W 5R1
