Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to operate and maintain bakery packaging machinery, with a strong focus on baggers and tub line equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-speed food packaging environment and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and monitor baggers, tub line machines, and other bakery packaging equipment.
- Ensure packaging processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot machinery issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Accurately complete production logs and quality control records.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to resolve mechanical or process issues.




- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating packaging equipment in a bakery, food production, or similar manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience with baggers and tub line systems is required.
- Familiarity with high-speed, automated food packaging machinery.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of GMP and food safety standards is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Experience:

- High-speed food packaging systems : 1 year (preferred)
- Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with tub line systems: 1 year (preferred)
