We're looking for a Part-time Night Auditor who will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of daily hotel financial records. You will contribute to the overall success of the hotel by combining exceptional guest service with overnight audit responsibilities at Coast Chilliwack Hotel by APA.

What You'll Do

- Welcome and assist guests during overnight shifts.
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Complete daily audit and financial reconciliation processes.




- Balance cash, credit card, and revenue transactions.
- Generate and distribute daily operational reports.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Monitor overnight hotel activity.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic accounting and cash-handling experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to remain organized and professional during overnight operations.
- Availability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hotel or audit experience is an asset.
