incredible experiences and make Forged an even bigger part of the
Whistler community.

And for the right person, this is a path to becoming our General Manager.

THE MISSION

Help us run an incredible venue, build an exceptional team and grow
the business.

You'll:

- Lead the floor and support the team.
- Create five-star guest experiences.
- Keep the venue running at a high standard.
- Help coach, develop and hold the team accountable.
- Promote Forged and build relationships around Whistler.
- Help grow our events, leagues, partnerships and community.
- Take ideas and turn them into action.
- See opportunities and do something about them.

You don't need axe-throwing experience.

Hospitality, tourism, events, restaurants, bars, entertainment,
retail, sales or community experience could all be a great fit.

We're much more interested in what you've actually done than having
the perfect résumé.
