Spectrum Cleaning Group is looking for a hands-0n Assistant Supervisor/ Working Lead to join our growing team.

This is a working Leadership position. You will work alongside our crews while helping with quality control, training and daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning services alongside crews
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Lead and motivate team members to meet productivity goals while maintaining high safety standards.
- Train and support team members.
- Lead crews when required
- Assist with vehicle inspections and fleet management.
- Act as backup to supervisor when required.

Requirements

- Valid class 5 Driver's license.
- Clean Driving record
- Must be able to drive company vehicle between job sites
- Reliable and Punctual
- Very robust attention to detail
- Leadership qualities and positive attitude
- Cleaning experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
