How this job works is that you sign up as a casual laborer and we call you when snow storms are coming up. If you can work, great. If not, no problem.
What You Need
- Reliable transportation to shop in Lacombe (we can pick up the right candidate at a location in North Red Deer)
- Ability to work hard in the cold (shoveling snow)
- Valuable attitude. This matters most.
What You Get
- Paid by e-transfer the day after shift
- T4A at the end of the year (we take no deductions from you)
- Potential for permanent position for the right candidate
- $500 bonus on April 1st if you work every shift we need you for
