Morson Edge is seeking Project Management Capability Assessment Specialists for a proposed assignment assessing project management qualifications, experience, and competencies at CNL. This role will help produce consistent, evidence-based assessments and explicit reports to inform the development of CNL’s Project Management Capability Program.

Responsibilities

- Conduct structured interviews to assess project management knowledge, experience, and competencies.
- Review qualifications, project histories, and other supporting evidence.
- Develop and apply scoring matrices and assessment criteria.
- Calibrate results with other assessors to support consistent evaluations.




- Document findings and prepare individual or program-level capability assessment reports.
- Identify common strengths, gaps, and development needs.

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management competency assessment or a closely related field.
- Experience conducting structured competency interviews and evaluating qualifications and project experience.
- Experience developing scoring matrices, calibrating assessments, and writing capability assessment reports.
- Strong analytical, interviewing, and documentation skills.
- Experience in nuclear, energy, engineering, major capital projects, or another regulated environment is an asset.

Pay: $75.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
