We serve a diverse customer base and require candidates who can communicate fluently in multiple languages. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong motivation, initiative, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across different cultures and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner in their preferred language
- Communicate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse, multicultural clientele
- Identify and understand customer needs
- Build and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers
- Promote and facilitate the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles
Required Qualifications
- Valid OMVIC license
- Allowed to Work in Canada if non-immigrant
- Working proficiency in English plus one or more additional language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven sales ability or robust customer service background
- Valid driver’s license
