About La Roca:
La Roca is a vibrant fine dining Mexican restaurant in Winnipeg, known for its dynamic atmosphere, live music, and exceptional service. We’re looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as a Dinner Server / Food Runner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Efficiently run food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner
- Assist servers with table setups, order deliveries, and clearing tables
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and allergen information
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers
Requirements:
- Prior experience of 1 year as a server or food runner in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Positive time management and the ability to multitask
