At Midas, we are looking for an experienced, dependable automotive professional to join our team. We are a full-service automotive repair facility and are open to candidates with different backgrounds and areas of experience.

Whether your strengths are hands-on repair, diagnostics, inspections, service writing, customer service, or shop leadership, we are willing to work with the right person and find a role that fits their experience.

- Automotive experience with a strong understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy automotive repair facility

Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and preferred role, responsibilities may include:

- Vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Automotive repair and maintenance
- Communicating repair recommendations
- Working with customers and answering service-related questions
- Preparing or reviewing repair orders and estimates




- Coordinating with other members of the shop
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment

We are flexible when it comes to the role. If you prefer to focus primarily on hands-on work in the shop, that's absolutely fine. If you have experience with service writing, diagnostics, inspections, or leadership and would like to take on those responsibilities, there is room for that as well.
