We are recruiting Parcel Sorters for our client in Kingston. This is a part-time, Temporary-to-Permanent chance.

You’ll be responsible for unloading all freight, scanning and sorting them to their designated areas to be prepared for delivery.

Current Shift Openings

- Early mornings, approx. 4:30am-8:15am Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

- Load and unload freight from vehicles and line haul trailers
- Scan, sort and process customer freight
- Build positive relationships with team (couriers, lead hands and sorters)
- Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers and package vehicles
- Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck and write all premium products while loading
- Adhere to all safety standards in order to perform all tasks safely and efficiently
- Other job-related responsibilities will be assigned as needed

Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds; stoop, bend, walk, and stand for long periods of time
- No experience necessary




- Be willing to be subject to a background check; clearance is required
- CSA approved Steel Toe Safety Shoes
