We are currently hiring Skilled Labourers, Pipelayers, and Equipment Operators to join our team.

Responsibilities

Skilled Laborers

- Assist with culvert installations, geotextile placement, and underground work
- Support trenching operations including bedding, pipe placement, and backfilling
- Use hand tools and small equipment safely and effectively
- Perform manual labor including shoveling, raking, and compacting

Pipelayers (Water & Sewer)

- Install water and sewer mains and services
- Read grade and work from stakes or laser




- Ensure proper bedding, backfill, and compaction
- Work closely with operators and supervisors to maintain production and quality

Equipment Operators

- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform grading, trenching, and backfilling work
- Work with GPS and laser systems
- Complete daily inspections and basic maintenance

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of construction experience preferred
- Experience in earthworks or water & sewer is an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Assets

- GPS machine control experience
- Experience with lasers
- Experience production loading
- Class 1 or 3 license
- First Aid, WHMIS, Confined Space, or other safety training
- Experience working around underground utilities

Safety

- Mandatory PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, high-visibility clothing
- Follow company Safe Work Practices and Procedures and COR safety program
- Participate in hazard assessments
- Work in compliance with Manitoba Workplace Safety & Health regulations
