Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building solid relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, excellent at communication, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to drive business growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

- Handling ALL incoming sales inquiries (phone, email, Facebook Messenger)
- Converting inquiries into confirmed sales
- Quoting accurately and following up consistently
- Managing multiple conversations at once without losing organization
- Working under pressure during busy hours
- Communicating clearly and confidently with customers
- Coordinating with yard team to confirm part availability
- Managing company social media platforms (Facebook, Marketplace, etc.), responding to messages, and posting inventory professionally and consistently
- Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients




- Identifying new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Presenting product features and benefits effectively
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations (in-person or virtual)
- Negotiating terms and closing sales agreements to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborating with marketing for lead generation and brand awareness
- Maintaining accurate sales records and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

✔ Previous sales experience
✔ Strong knowledge of auto parts
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Ability to handle stress professionally
✔ Serious work ethic and accountability

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or related role preferred
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with proactive goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Car-Part software and Microsoft Office is an asset
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability
