About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Level 2 Welder Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their welding skills and gain hands-on experience working with a variety of welding applications.

Our shop handles multiple types of welding and fabrication work, with the exception of aluminum welding.

Responsibilities

- Perform welding and fabrication tasks under direction as required.
- Read and interpret basic welding drawings and specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and other applicable welding processes.
- Prepare, fit, and position metal components for welding.
- Inspect welds and finished work for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and production standards.

Requirements

- Level 2 Welder Apprentice or equivalent hands-on welding training.
- Previous shop or welding experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of welding processes, tools, and equipment.




- Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We Offer

- $22–$28 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Experience:

- Mig/Tig Welding: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 2 - Welder apprenticeship (preferred)
