Endurance Taekwondo has three schools: Port Moody, Burnaby and Port Coquitlam. Over 1,000 students train with us, and we've won 13 Readers' Choice awards, including 10 years straight in Port Moody.

Families meet our front desk before they ever meet an instructor. We're hiring a Member Experience Manager to own the desk at one of our three schools.

What you'll do

- Answer parent calls, voicemails and emails the same day
- Book every new inquiry into a first class, and follow up until they come in
- Handle billing questions, schedule changes, holds and payment plans. Pass the tricky ones up.
- Keep the desk moving at class changeover so instructors stay on the mat
- Close every conversation in writing, so nothing relies on memory

What we ask

- Two or more years in front desk, client service or admin work
- Experience booking appointments or signing people up, with follow-through
- Clear, friendly writing. Parents read every email you send.
- Comfortable with booking and billing software, email and Google Workspace
- Martial arts experience is a plus. A Taekwondo black belt, even better.
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search

Hours

Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.



40 paid hours a week, with a 30-minute unpaid meal break each shift.

Pay and benefits

- $25 to $30 an hour

You'll report to our General Manager and work side by side with your school's Head Instructor.
