What We Are Looking For.
Experience & Certification: Journeyman certification is welcome, but 2nd or 3rd-year apprentices with solid foundational skills and a strong eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply. You need to know your way around a vehicle and have hands-on experience in automotive maintenance and repairs. Fully Equipped: You must have your own comprehensive set of qualified tools. The Right Attitude: We want a problem-solver who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and is always looking to expand their technical knowledge. Tech-Savvy: Comfort with digital repair orders and modern shop management software like Mitchell 1 is a strong asset.
What You Will Be Doing.
Performing accurate mechanical diagnostics across a variety of makes and models. Executing efficient, high-quality repairs and routine preventative maintenance. Working collaboratively in a structured, well-managed shop environment to keep workflow moving smoothly.
