Position Overview and Requirements

The Early Childhood Educator (ECE) will be responsible for delivering an educational program including activities that are geared toward children's development, their health, their security, and their well-being.

- Hold a valid CPR and First Aid certification;
- Valid and negative criminal record check – Vulnerable sector (within 6 months);
- Must be 18 years or older;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Patience, empathy and understanding of children’s needs;
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Language Requirements:

Excellent proficiency in understanding, speaking, reading and writing of French.

Compensation:





The salary, based on a 40-hour workweek, is set between $46,234 and $52,044 per year and includes a complete perks package, a pension plan, as well as free access to the Sports Dome Training Centre.
