· Supervise and provide guidance, coaching, and support to welders and production workers to enhance their skills and job

performance.

· Participate in the hiring and performance appraisals process; monitor employee performance on an ongoing basis

· Apply hands-on knowledge and experience in custom welding and metal fabrication

· Review, verify, and oversee all projects from start to completion

· Promote and enforce a safe work environment in compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

· Ensure production timelines are met and oversee the day to day operations of the facility

· Monitor warehouse inventory and maintain adequate stock; keep track of products to reduce cost and minimize waste

· Closely monitor production schedules and drawings to ensure projects are completed on time

· Provide clear direction and instructions to staff to achieve productivity and quality objectives

· Verify actual process times against planned production times and address discrepancies.





· Conduct process checks and perform random quality inspections to ensure company standards are met and maintained.

· Oversee preventative maintenance of all production equipment

· Provide a high level of customer service to investigate and resolve internal and external issues

Key Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

· 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing and production environments

· Must have strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment

· 5–10 years of demonstrated welding experience

· Strong technical and mechanical aptitude

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Possess excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to prepare clear and accurate written reports

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
