ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Field Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced Survey Party Chiefs on a variety of survey projects, gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading technology while contributing to work that supports energy, infrastructure, land development, and construction projects across Western Canada.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Work alongside Survey Party Chiefs on a variety of survey projects.
- Operate GPS and other advanced survey equipment.
- Assist with staking, boundary marking, and locating survey evidence.
- Operate equipment such as ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, company trucks, pipe locators, and other field tools.
- Record, manage, and verify field data.
- Maintain survey equipment and vehicles.
- Travel to project locations and work in a variety of terrain and environmental conditions.
- Support a strong safety culture and follow established safety procedures.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED





- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather, terrain, and environmental conditions.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to successfully complete required pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
