We are seeking a reliable and experienced Subcontractor to join our team, specializing in cleaning and facilities maintenance services. Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and equipment upkeep
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are used efficiently and stored properly
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while adhering to quality standards
- Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning or maintenance activities to the appropriate personnel




- Maintain detailed records of completed work and supplies used

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and troubleshoot common issues
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Available evenings
