Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day management and strategic direction of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, possessing robust organizational abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to, front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Provide leadership and guidance to department managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Establish and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-control measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring alignment with market trends and guest preferences.
- Lead recruitment, training,



and development initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners to ensure seamless operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into operational strategies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Location: Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
