Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Tarper/General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing loads on trucks through tarping, assisting with warehouse distribution tasks, and operating various heavy equipment. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure protected and efficient loading, unloading, and transportation processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence are prioritized.

Responsibilities

- Secure loads on trucks using tarps and other securing devices to ensure safe transportation
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments using heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes,



clamp trucks, or other machinery
- Perform general labour tasks including heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and order picking within the warehouse or distribution centre
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related logistics environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during load & unload tasks
- Construction experience or background in handling heavy materials is a plus
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and safety standards
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and operational excellence
