### About Gryphon Senior Care

We are a small, local Calgary-area team dedicated to personalized senior care. We provide companionship, assistance with daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, medication reminders, transportation, respite care, and more—all in the comfort of home.

Unlike large agencies, we take the time to get to know each senior personally and carefully match them with compatible, compassionate caregivers. We also offer free consultations and help families navigate Alberta Health and Alberta Blue Cross documentation so care can be more affordable. Our CEO oversees every matching process for true peace of mind.

### The Role

As a Door-to-Door Community Outreach Specialist, you will be the friendly face of Gryphon Senior Care in local neighborhoods. Your goal is to connect with seniors, adult children of seniors, and families who may benefit from our services, generate qualified leads, and set up free consultations.

###Compensation

This is a purely commission-based role. We pay $100 per new client you sign up.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner

- Introduce Gryphon Senior Care’s services and the perks of personalized in-home support

- Identify potential clients and family caregivers who may need assistance





- Collect contact information and schedule free consultations or follow-ups

- Represent the company with warmth, integrity, and a genuine interest in helping seniors live comfortably at home

- Track daily activity and report leads accurately

- Follow company guidelines for safe and effective outreach

### Ideal Candidate

- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with strangers

- Empathetic and respectful—especially when interacting with seniors and their families

- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently outdoors

- Strong verbal communication and listening skills

- Previous door-to-door, sales, fundraising, or community outreach experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right person)

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

- Ability to walk for extended periods and work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends as needed)

- Positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting seniors in our community
