Siwin Foods is currently seeking reliable, hard-working production workers to join our team.

Job Duties

- Accurately complete required production records and documentation.
- Operate smokehouse equipment in accordance with SOPs and production schedules.
- Safely assemble, operate, and disassemble production equipment, including grinders, mixers, and cutters
- Remove meat from boxes and transfer it safely to meat carts.
- Grind various meat products, including pork, beef, chicken, and shrimp.
- Operate scales and bulk packaging equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and mix products by adding ingredients according to approved recipes, formulation records, and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Support team members and assist with additional production tasks as directed by Lead Hands and Supervisors.
- Process multiple product lines while maintaining product quality, efficiency, and food safety standards.
- Maintain required production line speeds while safely and securely stacking product boxes.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.




- Safely handle spices, ingredients, and allergens while following all applicable safety procedures.
- Comply with all hygiene, sanitation, GMP, and food safety requirements within the facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Ability to work in a refrigerated production environment for extended periods.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable handling various meat products, including beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, batching, or a rapid-paced production environment is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes, SOPs, and production instructions accurately.
- Demonstrated commitment to safe, hygienic, and food-safe work practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Location, Hours, and Compensation

Work Location: 5520 34 Street, Edmonton, Alberta

Shift: AM Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Until all formulation tasks are complete)

Wage: $22.00/hr

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
