Key Responsibilities

- Perform clinical assessments, review prescriptions for accuracy, and dispense medications safely in compliance with OCP standards.
- Provide patient counselling, medication reviews (MedsCheck), and minor ailments assessments.
- Manage dispensary operations smoothly during assigned relief shifts.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and dispensary teams.
- Utilize common pharmacy software platforms confidently (e.g., Kroll, HealthWATCH, Nexxsys).

Requirements

- Licensure: Registered as a Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Ontario (CPO) (Part A).
- Insurance: Valid Personal Professional Liability Insurance.
- Certification: Injection certified (preferred/asset).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Canadian community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with standard pharmacy management software (e.g., Kroll).
- Adaptability: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to step smoothly into diverse pharmacy environments.
