We’re opening at CF Chinook Centre and looking for personable, reliable sales associates to help introduce MEDIUM to Calgary.

Our watches sit alongside a thoughtfully selected collection of jewellery, leather goods, apparel and lifestyle accessories.

The role

- Welcome customers and create a warm, attentive shopping experience.
- Help customers choose watches, accessories and gifts that feel personal.
- Learn our collections and confidently share product details and brand stories.
- Support sales through genuine conversation and knowledgeable service.
- Handle purchases, gift packaging and day-to-day store operations.
- Keep displays and merchandise organized and beautifully presented.
- Help customers participate in our in-store storytelling experience.

What you bring

- An interest in watches and lifestyle accessories, with a willingness to learn.




- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Reliability, initiative and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a busy holiday retail environment.
- Retail, hospitality or customer service experience is an asset. Watch expertise is welcome but not required.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available, with anticipated starts from mid-October for the holiday season.

Shifts follow mall hours and include evenings, weekends and the holiday shopping period. Please provide your weekly availability, earliest start date and any planned time away when applying.
