Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Renovation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of renovation, repair, and restoration projects across our residential properties. Your expertise will help maintain and enhance the quality of our buildings, ensuring they meet high standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

- Perform renovation tasks including drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, cabinet installation, and masonry work.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects.
- Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and caulking to prepare surfaces for final touches.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical wiring, welding, carpentry, masonry, and restoration projects as needed.
- Estimate project materials and labor requirements to support construction estimating efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications





- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of renovation processes.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of drywall installation, painting techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet setup.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding or concrete finishing is highly desirable.
- Ability to read construction plans accurately and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
