Position: Technical Support Coordinator
Location: Mississauga, ON
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:-
We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to coordinate customer technical support, service requests, technicians, installations, training, warranty cases, and manufacturer follow-ups for automotive diagnostic machines and shop equipment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer-service, organizational, and follow-up skills, along with good knowledge of automotive machines and equipment. This role coordinates workflow and support operations and does not replace the technical authority of the Technical Supervisor or Director of Technical Support.
Job Duties
- Receive customer technical requests, collect equipment details, identify urgency, and route cases to the appropriate support level.
- Create, assign, prioritize, monitor, and close Zoho Desk/CRM tickets while ensuring complete documentation.
- Coordinate technical support for diagnostic tools, software, remote diagnostics, wheel alignment, ADAS, A/C, EV, lifts, shop equipment, installation, calibration, training, warranty, repair, parts, and updates.
- Monitor open, pending, overdue, and escalated cases and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
- Coordinate technicians, agents, field service,
installations, training, appointments, and customer service schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer, equipment, serial number, ticket, service, warranty, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate warranty and repair cases, replacement parts, manufacturer approvals, and supplier follow-ups.
- Work with Sales, Warehouse, Order Desk, QC, technicians, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth service and order completion.
- Coordinate equipment QC requirements, assign technicians, monitor QC workload, and ensure required checklists are completed before release.
- Keep customers updated on case status, appointments, delays, resolutions, and next steps.
- Escalate urgent, overdue, safety, warranty, key-account, repeated, or unresolved issues to the appropriate management/technical authority.
- Support Sales with product information, equipment compatibility, installation, training, and technical customer requirements.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs, installation procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge-base information.
- Monitor service KPIs including response time, resolution time, overdue tickets, documentation, workload, and repeat cases.
- Prepare daily/weekly updates on outstanding tickets, warranty, installations, training, recurring issues, and escalations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

✔ Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, sales, warehouse, suppliers, and management
✔ Strong judgment when prioritizing urgent issues and escalating appropriately
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Previous experience in automotive service, technical support, service coordination, warranty, field service, automotive equipment, or CRM/ticketing is an asset.
