We are seeking experienced PL Account Managers for all 13 locations.

Position Summary

In this role, you will manage a starter-size book of personal lines business, including extension auto, tenant, condo, boat, home, seasonal and rental property insurance – providing expert advice, exceptional client service, and proactive account management to retain and grow client relationships.

Qualifications

- Level 1 (or higher) General Insurance licence issued by the Insurance Council of Manitoba, in positive standing
- One year experience in the insurance industry is required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts
- Comfortable working with Applied Epic and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Autopac and MPI systems is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Role Responsibilities

- Manage and service an assigned book of personal lines accounts (tenant, condo, home, seasonal, rentals, auto, umbrella, etc.) with a revenue value of $150,000 – $199,000
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage levels, identifying gaps and cross-selling opportunities
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, mid-term changes,



and cancellations accurately within brokerage and carrier systems
- When required, remarket policies at renewal to ensure competitive coverage and pricing for clients
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims, and liaise with insurers on the client's behalf
- Answer, handle and/or redirect incoming phone calls, ensuring inquiries reach the appropriate team member or department promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up, renewal outreach, and thorough account reviews
- Meet individual and team retention, growth, and service targets
- Assist with walk-in auto clients when needed
