General Labourer

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active throughout the day? We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team at a busy waste and recycling facility in Vaughan.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday opportunity with consistent daytime hours.

What You'll Do

- Maintain a clean and organized yard by sweeping and shovelling as needed.
- Pick, sort, and separate wood materials from non-wood waste.
- Dispose of non-wood materials in designated areas.
- Assist with general yard maintenance and housekeeping.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Interact professionally and respectfully with customers, drivers, and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor to help keep the site running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual labour.
- Comfortable lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.




- Previous labour or construction experience is an asset but not required.

Required PPE

Candidates must provide their own:

- CSA-approved 6" steel toe Safety Boots
- Vest
- Hard hat
