ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and restoration projects from initial assessment through successful completion.

Our Project Managers are responsible for planning, executing, and delivering restoration projects on time, within budget, and to established quality and safety standards.

The Project Manager oversees assigned insurance claims from initial assessment through completion, coordinating the emergency mitigation and reconstruction processes. This role works closely with homeowners, insurance adjusters, brokers, trades, and internal teams to ensure projects are efficiently managed and successfully delivered while balancing cost, time, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple restoration claims and projects from initial assessment through completion.
- Attend job sites to assess damages and meet with adjusters, clients and other stakeholders.
- Prepare on site estimates and scopes of work for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction.
- Coordinate project scheduling, resources, materials, and logistics across multiple sites.
- Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
- Coordinate and schedule trade and supply logistics between multiple sites.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure projects are on track.
- Track project costs and budgets, including identifying and obtaining additional funding when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of claims, scopes of work, services provided, project costs, and progress.




- Conduct project walkthroughs and quality assurance inspections through to completion.
- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and escalations to clients, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 5–7 years of restoration and/or project management experience.
- PMP certification considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Experience with Xactimate and project management software considered an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, resources, and changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of accounting and budgeting principles, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work effectively with employees, managers, clients, and other stakeholders; flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
