Trail Tire Tamarack is a busy, growing automotive repair facility looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager / Senior Service Advisor to join our team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll work closely with our Service Manager and team to keep the shop moving efficiently while making sure our customers receive the level of service they expect.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Helping manage the daily workflow of the service department
- Writing and managing repair orders
- Communicating repair recommendations to customers
- Helping prioritize jobs and keep technicians productive
- Reviewing technician inspections and recommendations
- Following up with customers regarding repairs and approvals
- Handling customer concerns and finding solutions
- Helping coordinate parts and inventory
- Supporting and mentoring the service advisor team
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and workmanship
- Assisting the Service Manager with day-to-day operations
- Helping hold the team accountable to productivity, quality and customer service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who:

- Has automotive service advisor or management experience
- Has a strong understanding of automotive repair
- Can confidently explain repairs to customers
- Understands shop workflow and technician productivity
- Can handle a busy environment without losing their organization
- Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems




- Has strong communication skills
- Takes pride in providing excellent customer service
- Can lead by example
- Is comfortable using shop management and computer systems
- Has a valid driver's licence
