Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Engagement Lead for a proposed assignment supporting the assessment and development of CNL’s Project Management Capability Program. The successful consultant will lead the engagement, guide the assessment approach, and provide recommendations for strengthening project management governance and capability across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead the consulting engagement, including its approach, deliverables, stakeholder discussions, and recommendations.
- Assess current project management governance, practices, and organizational capability.
- Guide the development or improvement of a Project Management Office or Project Management Centre of Excellence.




- Oversee the design of competency-based qualification and assessment approaches.
- Present findings and a practical implementation roadmap to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

- At least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Substantial experience in project management governance, PMO or PMCoE development, organizational transformation, and competency-based qualification programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading comparable consulting assignments.
- Solid facilitation, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
- Experience in nuclear, energy, engineering, major capital projects, or another regulated environment is an asset.

Pay: $100.00-$120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
