We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor / Millwork Supervisor to lead daily production, coordinate staff, and keep projects on schedule at our Waterloo facility. Strong fit for someone with a background in millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or custom fabrication who's ready to lead a team.

What You'll Do

- Lead and coordinate daily millwork/cabinetry production
- Schedule workflow, staffing, and production priorities
- Monitor quality, productivity, and project deadlines
- Train, coach, and support production employees
- Work with CNC machinery and production equipment
- Maintain safety standards and production processes

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in millwork, woodworking, cabinetry, or related manufacturing/production
- 2+ years in a supervisory, team lead,



or shift lead role
- CNC experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable reading shop drawings/blueprints
