Hours: Saturday & Sunday 2300-0700

Pay Rate: $20.00 /hr.

Overtime: Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Job Description:

- Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols of assigned client properties and locations.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, security incidents, and client requests.
- Monitor properties for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, safety hazards, and property damage.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all security procedures and post orders are followed.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to Security Guards when required.
- Ensure Security Guards comply with Paladin Security policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements.
- Communicate security concerns, incidents, staffing issues, and client concerns to the Supervisor, Field Manager, or CSM.




- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure the patrol vehicle and security equipment are protected, clean, and properly maintained.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, employees, emergency services, and members of the public while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
- Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider
- Must possess a valid G Class license with a minimum driving experience of 3 years
- Previous security experience is an asset
- Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college
- Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health
- Must provide drivers abstract. No more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years.
- All successful applicants must undergo a vulnerable sector check
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
