Hiring - Family Physician

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay: This is a full time/ part time postion paid on a revenue-share basis, not a fixed salary. The revenue split ranges from 75/25 or lower, depending on experience and billing volume. Earnings vary based on workload, with an estimated range of $35,000–$50,000 per month depending on individual billing volume.

Key Responsibilities

As a Family Physician, you will work collaboratively and are responsible for:

- Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
- Conduct routine check-ups, health assessments, and urgent care consultations.
- Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based practice standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the clinic’s EMR (Accuro or similar).
- Collaborate with allied health professionals, specialists, and community partners.
- Promote patient education and a proactive approach to health and wellness.

Qualifications

As a Family Physician, you will possess the following qualities:





- Medical Degree (MD) from a recognized institution.
- Fully licensed, or eligible for Independent or Provisional Licence, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Open to new graduates and candidates holding comparable credentials/licensing from UK (MRCPsych/CCT), Ireland (MICPsych), USA (ABPN), Australia/New Zealand (FRANZCP) are eligible for consideration and encouraged to apply.
- Will sponsor LMIA or any other work-permits as necessary.
