Prothotics Healthwest on Marion Street is looking for an entrepreneurial Chiropractor to step into a highly successful, multi-disciplinary environment with a definitive 5-to-6-year track to complete clinic ownership. You will collaborate directly with our in office Pedorthist & Orthopedic Massage Therapist, gaining an immediate internal cross-referral pipeline. Your patients will benefit from an advanced clinical toolkit, featuring both Focused and Radial Shockwave, Ultrasound, and PEMF with Integrated Infrared (IR) therapy. Additionally, our clinic boasts an in-house 3D Printing Lab producing custom orthotics at an incredibly competitive $285—providing a phenomenal secondary revenue stream and massive patient draw. The commercial property features a premium asset: 14 dedicated parking stalls in a high-traffic area.This role is designed for a practitioner who wants to run their schedule like a business within a business, leading into a structured buyout and transition of ownership as the current owner prepares for retirement.
The Financial Model:
- Highly competitive 70/30 commission split in your favour (keep 70% of your billings).
- Flat, predictable $185/month administrative and facility fee—allowing you to maximize your take-home profits and rapidly build the capital needed to fund your future buyout.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality chiropractic care focused on patient-centered treatment plans for pain relief and overall wellness.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations,
utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology.
- Develop and implement customized treatment strategies that incorporate manual adjustments, therapeutic exercises, and other chiropractic techniques.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient flow and maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and progress notes.
- Participate actively in the clinic takeover plan by assisting in onboarding new patients and integrating new clinic operations smoothly.
- Maintain compliance with all health regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term goal of clinic ownership.
- Valid chiropractic license in good standing with relevant licensing boards.
- Proven experience in pain management techniques within chiropractic practice.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team during the clinic transition period.
- Excellent communication skills to educate patients clearly about their treatment options and progress.
