We're hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team of technicians in a complex operation. This isn't a desk job. We're looking for someone who knows what good work looks like, can earn the respect of tradespeople, and isn't afraid to make decisions.

Ideal backgrounds:

- HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Millwright
- Construction or industrial maintenance

You'll succeed if you:

- Have robust leadership skills.
- Communicate professionally.
- Put safety first.
- Enjoy solving problems.
- Can balance the big picture with the day-to-day.

5th Class Power Engineering is an asset.
