WE’RE HIRING — EXPERIENCED BARBER

Diamonds Beauty Club in Etobicoke is expanding our team, and we’re looking for a talented and experienced Barber to join us!

We’re looking for someone who is confident in men’s haircuts, kid's haircuts, fades, beard grooming and styling, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in providing an excellent client experience.

Duties

- Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their grooming needs and offer expert advice
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Foster a positive atmosphere by building rapport with clients and encouraging repeat visits

Experience

- Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of hair styling work
- Experience with kids’ haircuts is a must




- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation standards for barbering tools and workspace hygiene
- Ability to perform various hair cutting techniques and stay current with industry trends
- Experience in retail sales or upselling products is a plus
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Languages

- English - required
- Ukrainian - an asset
