Screen Printing Press Operator at a screen printing and embroidery facility, Rogue Lab.

Qualifications:

- Screen printing experience required
- Experience running an automated screen printing press, manual screen printing press experience will be considered
- Experience setting up and running 6-8 colour jobs with precision detail
- Experience with all pre-press duties
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Duties:

- Set up and run jobs on automated screen printing press
- Pre-press setup such as screen coating and imaging
- Ink mixing and prep
- Press maintenance
- Assist with pre-print inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production timeline targets

and assisting with other screen printing related duties.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience in screen printing required, and we will help you elevate those skills if needed.
