Role: IT Security Sr. Project Manager
Location: Oshawa, ON (2 days on site)

Rates: $88.00 to $98.00 p/h INC.

Deliverables

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise cybersecurity projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, governance, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests from initiation through transition to operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Cybersecurity, IT, Business, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and external vendors, facilitating project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, budgets, status reporting, KPIs, executive presentations, and steering committee materials, providing clear visibility into delivery progress and escalations.
- Support demand intake, business cases, project initiation, vendor management, implementation, and operational hand-off, ensuring deliverables align with enterprise cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and governance objectives.

Experience Required

- 10+ years of experience leading complex IT and technology initiatives, including large-scale projects within complex enterprise environments.




- Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity or information security projects, ideally involving areas such as TPRM, IAM, Security Compliance/GRC, Data Protection, Cloud Security, or Cyber Resilience.
- Strong Project Management capabilities across planning, budgeting, governance, RAID management, dependencies, change control, executive reporting, vendor management, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, plus PMP or equivalent project management credential.
- Robust stakeholder and executive communication skills, with experience coordinating technical and business teams, senior leadership, vendors, Risk/Compliance stakeholders, and preferably working within a highly regulated environment.
