Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality refinishing work, attention to detail, and experience in a busy body shop environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare vehicles for painting (masking, sanding, priming)
- Mix paints to match manufacturer specifications
- Apply paint and transparent coats with precision and accuracy
- Perform blocking, full panel painting, and blending
- Maintain paint booth, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Perform quality checks to ensure a flawless finish
- Work collaboratively with body technicians and estimators
- Follow safety guidelines and shop procedures

Qualifications:





- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive painter (preferred)
- Knowledge of modern refinish techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to mix and match colors accurately
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Red Seal or equivalent certification is an asset but not mandatory
- Familiar with Standox paint line
